Returns and Refunds

14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To start a return, contact info@beautiquepoint.com before sending the item. We will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return conditions
The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received, with all accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless BeautiquePoint agrees otherwise. If the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, BeautiquePoint will cover the reasonable return cost.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact info@beautiquepoint.com as soon as possible if an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalised, perishable goods, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This does not affect your rights when an item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.

Exchanges
Please contact us before returning an item. Where a direct exchange is not available, return the original item and place a new order.

Legal guarantee
Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including the EU legal guarantee for faulty goods.
