**Refund Policy**  

We have a 14-day refund policy, meaning you have 14 days from the receipt of the product to request a refund.


To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when it arrived, unused. We will send you a return label along with instructions on how to return the package. For open purchases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items returned without contacting customer service will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**  

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if the wrong item was sent, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. In the case of a complaint, the seller covers all costs.

If a customer no longer requires an item that was damaged during delivery, they must provide proof of correspondence from the postal company confirming that the damage occurred during transit. Customers may either order additional repair services for an extra fee or receive a discount voucher, or a refund depending on the outcome of the investigation. Please Note, If a customer has agreed to a voucher released voucher can not be exchanged to money.


Please note that the bag accompanying the garden stool may differ slightly from the product image on our website. This is because we may receive products from different suppliers, which may lead to variations in appearance and packaging. We always strive to offer high-quality products and apologize for any discrepancies that may occur.


The satisfaction guarantee for car spray applies for 3 days after the customer has received the product.


Please note that Sun Tan gel products may have different appearances and jars, but the content and quantity are always the same! These differences are due to the manufacturing batch and the country where the product was made.


**Exceptions/Non-Refundable Items**  

Some types of items are non-refundable, such as earrings, such as perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food, plants), personal products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal hygiene products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous items, flammable liquids, or gases. Anti-mosquito lamps are also non-refundable as they are clearance and end-of-sale products. Neck Support Plus is a personal/hygiene item and cannot be returned. Exceptions apply to defective items! Please contact us if you have any questions about your item.


**Exchanges**  

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once it is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


**Refund**  

We will notify you once we have inspected your return and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


**Cancellation**  

Cancellation after the order has been processed is not possible. In cases where the order has been processed, the customer is obliged to accept the order. For uncollected packages returned to us, the customer is required to pay Postnord's fee for the round trip and an administrative cost, currently 30 EUR.


Upon delivery, always check that the product is not damaged and that you have received the correct flavor/product. If you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and before using the product. Complaints after using the wrong flavor will NOT be accepted. Complaints after 2 days will NOT be accepted.


All complaints about visible defects/damages after use are not covered by the warranty and will NOT be accepted for return/exchange.


If a shipped package is not collected and returned to us after 14 days from the invoice date, the return will not be accepted, and the order will stand.


**Consumer (Private Individual) Right of Withdrawal for Distance Agreements**  

As stated by the law (2005:59) on consumer protection in distance agreements and door-to-door sales agreements, in certain cases, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase by sending the item back to Beautiquepoint. The return must reach us no later than 14 days from the order date. The right of withdrawal/return does not apply if the seal is broken. The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is in its original condition. It does not apply to used products.


As a family-owned online business with limited resources for inventory and handling unexpected return issues, we may, in some cases, ask you to send items directly to a new customer instead of returning them to our warehouse. This is especially true in situations where it is more practical and efficient for us to redirect the items directly to a new buyer. We will inform you and provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.


We value your privacy and will always handle your information securely in accordance with applicable privacy laws.


**Uncollected Packages**  

Uncollected items are returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee to cover our costs for return shipping, handling, and administration, currently 30 EUR.


If a shipped package is not collected and returned to us after 14 days from the invoice date, the return will not be accepted, and the order/invoice will stand. If you want to withdraw your purchase after the package was shipped, you must collect your package and send it back to us so that it reaches us no later than 14 days from the invoice date for us to cancel your purchase.


The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and recipient name when ordering. If the package is returned to us due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or phone number, such as postal code, incorrect street name or number, or wrong recipient name, the customer will be charged a round-trip shipping cost of 30 EUR.


**Accidents**  

Beautiquepoint is not responsible for any accidents that occur when using our products.


Please note that product images on the website may contain additional equipment. The product description always describes the current product. Please note that the product color on the website may differ from the actual color.


Beautiquepoint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, the delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate.


**Promotions**  

Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be applied after an order is completed. Promotions only apply to new orders placed during the promotion period.


**Force Majeure**  

Beautiquepoint is not responsible for defects or delays caused by direct or indirect external circumstances, including war, strike, accidents, natural disasters, labor conflicts, changes in government regulations, supplier delivery failures, or comparable situations beyond our control that could not have been foreseen and affect contracts and agreements already signed.
