Shipping Policy
We process your order within 24 hours and dispatch it from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, meaning it should arrive at your door within 3-15 business days. If more time has passed and you still haven't received your package, please contact our customer service so we can help track your order and check if something went wrong.
Our orders are primarily delivered directly to your door. If any information is missing, the order will be delivered to a pick-up point. We mainly cooperate with DHL, but in some cases, deliveries may be handled by other companies. For any questions, contact us or use the tracking number for more information. IF YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED
If, for any reason, there is an unforeseen delay in your delivery and we become aware of it, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as we are informed of the situation. If there is a delay, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase (according to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act 2005:59). We reserve the right for any out-of-stock items and in case there is an error in our inventory.
